Recover deleted items from a shared mailbox

Issue
The recover deleted items button is greyed out when you select a shared mailbox.
Solution
You need to enable the feature from the registry !
Locate and then click the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Options
(If there is no Option folder, just create it)
On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following DWORD value:
Name: DumpsterAlwaysOn Type: DWORD Value: 1
Close the registry editor and restart Outlook.
