Constant background noise or voice cuts in 3CX Softphone
The person you’re calling may experience noise in the background (constant buzz, the background noise is as loud as your voice), or experience voice cuts.
Here is what I’ve done to workaround this issue

The solution that worked for me was to remove some audio codecs from being use, thus forcing other audio codecs.
Open the Settings Panel (Three Dots) and go to Configure Accounts
Double click on your account
Go to Advanced Settings
Uncheck GSM, PCMU, PCMA
Press OK twice to validate your changes
